Myoplex Lite Review
This Myoplex Lite Review was guest written by our good friend, Rebecca. Rebecca is a semi-pro beach volleyball player
in Los Angeles, CA (she won’t tell you, but she’s ripped and in great shape):
For me, Chocolate Myoplex Lite is by far the best flavor on its own. Vanilla is great too because I mix it with other ingredients – add orange juice and it tastes like an orange creamcicle! This is definitely a thicker protein shake than anything else I tried, so if you don’t want a watery shake, you should definitely try Myoplex Lite or whatever Myoplex suits you best. They are right when they call it a meal replacement – when I drink it slowly enough, I’m completely satisfied afterwards, and it feels great going donw.

Since I work out a lot, especially in the sand where there’s a lot of movement, I’m okay with the carbs. But there are a fair amount of carbs, so you might want to try Myoplex Carb Sense if you’re dropping the carbs. To me, the taste is totally worth it, and there’s practically no sugar too!
I’m sorry to say that I don’t like Strawberry Myoplex Lite that much on its own, but if you have time to blend it with strawberries, natural peanut butter, or a banana, you get a great kick out of it!
I try not to rely on these shakes TOO much, but when I’m in a hurry before work because I slept in and can’t get a full meal in, Myoplex Lite is absolutely perfect. If I have a shake at 7:30 or 8AM, I’m fine until about 11AM.
For you girls, Myoplex Lite is a no-brainer. If you’re a low-carber, Myoplex Carb Sense is nearly as good too.
